Section 01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ED777 ("ED777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ED777 online gaming platform, accessible at ed777.cam, including all associated services, software, games, promotions and content provided therein.

By completing registration, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the ED777 platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy and responsible gambling policy published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ED777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of any corporation, trust or other legal entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement that would prohibit your use of online gambling services.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law and where you have been made aware of that prohibition.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an ED777 employee or contracted service provider, unless prior written consent has been obtained.

ED777 reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility criteria are not or can no longer be satisfied. Any balance held in a suspended account pending investigation will be dealt with in accordance with applicable operator policy and the findings of any investigation.

Section 04

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

Users must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including a valid email address and, where required, a Pakistani CNIC number or passport number for identity verification purposes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the ED777 platform at any time. If ED777 identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual (by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint or other means), all duplicate accounts may be suspended and any bonuses or winnings obtained through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ED777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other unsolicited communication. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with other online services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify ED777 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.

ED777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

Section 05

Know Your Customer (KYC)

ED777 is required to conduct identity, age and source-of-funds verification on its users in order to satisfy applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations under the laws of the platform's operating jurisdiction.

Verification may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• First withdrawal request above a de minimis threshold;
• Deposits or cumulative activity above defined AML thresholds;
• Where account activity indicates a risk of underage gambling;
• Where automated fraud or identity-mismatch checks are triggered;
• Where required by the jurisdiction of ED777's operating licence.

5.1 Acceptable Documents (Pakistani Users)

The following documents are typically accepted for KYC purposes:

• Identity: Valid National Identity Card (CNIC) — both sides — or a current Pakistani passport;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence showing your name and residential address (typically no older than 3 months);
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A photograph of you holding your identity document, taken through the in-platform secure portal.

ED777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Verification processing times are not guaranteed and depend on the completeness and quality of documents submitted.

Section 06

Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Methods

Available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of your session. ED777 may reference familiar Pakistani payment rails including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual examples only. The availability of any specific payment method at any given time is subject to change without prior notice and depends on the operator's current cashier configuration.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the account being investigated.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• ED777 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are beyond our control.
• Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmed receipt of funds. Confirmation times vary by payment method.
• ED777 reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits in circumstances where fraud, money laundering or Terms violations are suspected.

Section 07

Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your account must have completed all required KYC verification steps;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds must complete applicable wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable);
• The requested withdrawal must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold specified in the cashier;
• The payment method used for withdrawal must be the same as, or belong to the same verified individual as, the deposit payment method;
• No active investigation, fraud review or compliance hold is pending on your account.

7.2 Processing Times

ED777 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Actual times depend on the payment method selected, your account's KYC status, the operator's internal review schedule and the receiving payment provider's own settlement processes. No withdrawal is guaranteed to be processed instantaneously.

Pakistani payment rails referenced on the platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and standard bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — have their own processing windows and compliance procedures that are outside ED777's direct control.

7.3 Withdrawal Refusal

ED777 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable AML/CTF obligations. Where a withdrawal is declined, ED777 will communicate the reason to the User to the extent permitted by law and applicable compliance obligations.

Section 08

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional credits offered by ED777 are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotional activity unless explicitly superseded by specific bonus terms:

• Bonuses are credited as non-withdrawable funds until applicable wagering requirements are met in full;
• Wagering requirements specify a minimum total wager multiple (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) before the corresponding funds become withdrawable;
• Minimum qualifying odds may apply to sports betting bonuses; bets placed below minimum odds may not count toward wagering requirements;
• Certain game types (e.g., live dealer, table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward slot-based wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely;
• Bonus funds are forfeited if the account balance reaches zero before wagering requirements are completed;
• Bonuses expire within the time period stated in the specific offer terms — typically 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of credit;
• ED777 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

ED777 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game risk; coordinated multi-account exploitation of promotions; and systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, ED777 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on the ED777 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, game or event type. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ED777 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet where: the odds were displayed in error; the bet was placed after an event's scheduled start time (unless a live/in-play market was specifically open); system errors caused incorrect pricing; or the bet constitutes a suspicious pattern of activity.

9.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 and ICC international tournament markets are offered on the platform as sports betting markets only. ED777 has no official partnership with, and does not claim affiliation with, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket team. Market coverage, depth and live/in-play availability vary by fixture and season.

9.3 Casino Games

Casino game RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accessible within each game's information panel and reflect long-run statistical averages, not a guarantee of any individual session outcome. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the platform's third-party game studio partners. ED777 does not independently manipulate game outcomes.

Section 10

Responsible Gambling

ED777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools that Users may activate at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss limits — caps on the total amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session time reminders — alerts after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cool-off periods — temporary account suspension lasting 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days;
• Self-exclusion — long-term or permanent account suspension for Users who wish to stop gambling.

Gambling is for adults and is intended as entertainment only. It is not a strategy for generating income, recovering financial losses or addressing personal difficulties. Section 11

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ED777 platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting another person in evading a self-exclusion or ban;
• Using automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting or casino games;
• Collusion with other players, including in live poker or live casino environments;
• Match-fixing, insider betting or any wager placed with knowledge of a predetermined outcome;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in a manner the reasonable operator would not have permitted;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to launder money in any form;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ED777 staff, agents or other platform users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or systematically extract data from the platform.

Section 12

Intellectual Property

All content on the ED777 platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, images, trademarks, game assets, data structures and interface elements — is the intellectual property of ED777 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any ED777 intellectual property without prior written consent.

Third-party game content is provided under licence from the respective game studio partners. All rights in third-party content remain with the respective rights holders.

Section 13

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ED777 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the User failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Platform downtime, maintenance windows or connectivity failures;
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms limits ED777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ED777 provides the platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining adequate security and backup measures on your own devices.

Section 14

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ED777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of another jurisdiction require otherwise.

This clause does not constitute legal advice to Pakistani users. The applicability of any Pakistani laws to your use of the platform is a matter you must assess independently or seek qualified legal advice upon.

Section 15

Amendments to These Terms

ED777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ED777 will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform, account notification or the email address registered to your account. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure set out in the FAQ section.
