Chasing Losses

Deposit Limits
Set a hard cap on how much you can deposit in a given day, week or month. Once you reach the limit, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Limits can be lowered at any time with immediate effect; increases require a standard 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Loss Limits
Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a rolling period. When the limit is reached, wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period. Separate from deposit limits — loss limits account for funds already in your balance that you brought from a previous session.
Loss limits cover casino, live games and sports bets in a single cumulative threshold.
Session Time Reminders
Configure an alert that triggers after a defined period of continuous play — 30 minutes, 1 hour or any interval you choose. When the alert fires, you will be prompted to review your session and decide whether to continue. Entirely optional but highly recommended.
Regular breaks are one of the simplest and most effective responsible play habits.
Cool-Off Period
Take a defined break from the platform — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days — without permanently closing your account. During a cool-off period, login to gaming functions is suspended. You will not receive promotional communications during the period. Activation takes effect immediately.

Long-Term / Permanent Exclusion

What happens when you self-exclude from ED777:
- Your account is immediately suspended for gaming activity;
